Our water taxi service is designed to make your travel between the BVI and USVI as smooth, comfortable, and hassle-free as possible. Booking is simple: we’ll need your flight time and a photo of the passport photo page for each traveler so we can pre-clear you and handle your online check-in/out for both the BVI and USVI. While we still go through an in-person but fast-tracked customs process, this preparation saves you valuable time. If you need ground transportation, we can arrange a trusted land taxi to get you to us safely and comfortably.
On The Day of Travel
Plan for 1.5–2 hours total

Pickup & Welcome – We meet you at your pre-arranged pickup point, store bags in our water-safe cabin, and offer drinks to get you comfortable.

BVI Customs – West End, BVI – Stay on the boat while your captain handles all customs and immigration paperwork for you.

USVI Customs – Cruz Bay, St. John – Everyone and all belongings come off the boat. You’ll meet the immigration officer, have bags scanned, then reboard.

Final Leg – Whether you’re starting or ending your vacation we'll drop you off safely and in style!
